The Reports Associate plays a critical role in the timely production, quality control, and delivery of medical reports for Independent Medical Evaluations and record reviews. This position is responsible for tracking report workflow, coordinating with physicians, transcription services, and internal departments, and ensuring reports meet IME standards, deadlines, and confidentiality requirements. Attention to detail, organization, and consistent follow‑through are essential to success in this role.

Track the status of pending medical reports to ensure timely completion and delivery.

Receive, review, and process dictated reports submitted via transcription services or digital platforms.

Perform quality control checks for formatting, completeness, accuracy, and compliance with IME standards.

Coordinate report revisions and addenda with physicians and transcription vendors.

Upload finalized reports into internal systems and distribute reports to appropriate parties.

Communicate professionally with physicians, attorneys, scheduling, records, and accounting teams regarding report status and deadlines.

Monitor report turnaround times and flag delays or concerns to management.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company privacy policies at all times.
