Representative, Carrier Relations (PK)

Role Overview:

This role plays a critical role in the success of the logistics and brokerage operations by securing reliable carrier capacity, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring the seamless movement of freight. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong carrier relationships, managing communication throughout the lifecycle of a shipment, and applying market knowledge to optimize service and cost. The role requires daily interaction with carriers, problem-solving during transit, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source carriers and ensure timely shipment coverage
• Build and maintain strong, long-term carrier relationships
• Negotiate rates and optimize cost while maintaining service quality
• Monitor market trends and stay active on load boards
• Vet carriers and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Proactively resolve in-transit issues and communicate updates effectively

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and load boards is a plus.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or carrier sales is preferred.
• Must be able to work onsite in our Divine Gardens, Lahore office.
