Job Description:

  • Sustain SABIC image and reputation and maintaining an excellent relationship with its customers.
  • Ensuring accurate orders processing, efficient shipments tracking and timely delivery to customers as per SABIC standards to meet the targets and customer’s satisfaction.
  • Responding to customers’ requests, overcoming their obstacles and provide first level services.
  • Controlling the execution process by working closely with Sales, Global Customer Service , Global Supply Chain, Marketing, Affiliates and other concerned departments.
  • Monitoring and controlling customers’ shipments to facilitate any difficulties within the delivery cycle, including managing related claims and complaints.
  • Monitoring the lifting performance from storage & W/H and ensuring the inventory accuracy in the system.
  • Following up the shipments with all service providers, tank terminal operator, customs brokers and any other concerned party.
  • Verifying and investigating complaints and claims form customer, service providers, affiliates or any other parties.
  • Supporting the management, SBU and SABIC strategies, act according to SABIC values and mission.


Requirements:

  • Preferably University degree, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent majors
  • Up to 3-5 year of experience
  • Computer skills; especially good knowledge in SAP, MS Office (Excel), Outlook
  • Excellent cooperation, team worker, problem solver, high sense of urgency, strong in follow-up
  • Are a team player and an empathetic person with capabilities to develop long-term relationships with customers.
  • Good communication skills in spoken and written English
