Role Purpose
Performs customer service functions, greets them and ascertains nature of customer request & provide customers with directions to their various requirements and ensure prompt services to all our customers.
Job Accountabilities & Activities

Greet & Receive customers in professional & friendly manner

Promptly respond to all Customer calls come in through Service Toll free number

Promptly reply to all customer emails & generate service trouble tickets in SAP system and confirm the same to the customer.

Manage & conduct Post service customer satisfaction surveys.

Manage & conduct GDO customer account satisfaction surveys.
-
Manage administrative task such as reporting, scanning, filing, etc.

Manage smooth and continuous co-ordination & follow ups with other cross functions like logistics, Finance, Sales, marketing to arrange, plan and complete important, incomplete, and special task related to service.

Direct requests & inquiries to the appropriate resource.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration
Required Years Of Experience
1-2 -years’ experience in a similar role.
