Shifa Foundation, established in 1991 and a sister organization of Shifa International Hospital Ltd., Islamabad, is a not-for-profit organization implementing development projects across Pakistan.

Shifa Foundation invites sealed quotations from eligible, experienced, and registered vendors/suppliers for the provision of Refreshment Boxes, Fruit Boxes, Lunch Boxes, and Catering Services for project activities in various Union Councils of Karachi under its Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) Project.

Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must provide:

• Company Profile
• Copy of CNIC of Owner/Proprietor
• Valid NTN and GST Registration
• Active NTN/GST Status
• Valid Food Authority License
• Bank Statement (Last One Year)
• Affidavit of Non-Blacklisting
