• Lead end-to-end financial operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes
  
• Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts across business units
  
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
  
• Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to stakeholders
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives
  
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability

Requirements

Experience: 7-10 years
? Qualifications: MBA in Finance, Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional finance qualification

• Advanced degree in Finance or related field; MBA in Finance preferred
  
• Professional finance certification required: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent
  
• Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with financial planning tools a plus
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high accountability
