Lead the end-to-end design process for digital and print deliverables, including websites, apps, marketing campaigns, branding materials, and packaging.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
Collaborate with product managers, marketers, and developers to translate business goals into compelling, user-centered designs.
Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of emerging design trends, technologies, and tools to keep our design practices innovative and future-ready.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, including leadership and clients, with clarity and confidence.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5–10 years of professional experience in a design role, with a proven track record of leading high-impact design projects.
Expertise in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and prototyping tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, digital interfaces, and marketing collateral.
Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work across departments.
Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within tech, marketing, or creative agencies.
Location: Based in Mumbai with flexibility for occasional remote collaboration.
