Generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Promote pest control and cleaning services to potential clients across various sectors.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand customer requirements.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the company.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular activity reports.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in pest control, cleaning services, facilities management, or a related industry.
A valid Saudi Arabia Driving License is mandatory.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and report preparation.
Immediate availability will be considered an advantage.
