Job Title: UI/UX & Web DeveloperAbout the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented UI/UX & Web Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive user experiences and translating them into functional, responsive, and visually appealing websites and web applications. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to build digital products that are both user-centric and technically robust.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Develop responsive, high-quality websites using modern front-end technologies.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design decisions.
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and dynamic features.
• Maintain and update existing digital products, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, web technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer and Web Developer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (and frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of responsive design, user-centered design principles, and design systems.
• Knowledge of version control (e.g., Git).
• Ability to collaborate in a team and communicate design decisions clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
• Knowledge of animation libraries or micro-interaction design.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization.
• Familiarity with back-end technologies (Node.js, PHP, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
