The Role: We are looking for a skilled Tandoori & Grill Chef to take command of our clay oven and charcoal grill. You will be responsible for delivering authentic flavors, from perfectly puffed naans to succulent, smoke-infused kebabs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tandoor Mastery: Expertly handle the preparation of traditional breads (Naan, Roti, Kulcha) and marinated meats/vegetables.
- Grill Operations: Manage the grill station, ensuring consistent cooking times and temperatures for all grilled items.
- Marination Specialist: Prepare signature marinades and spice blends that define our menu.
- Quality Control: Ensure every dish meets our standards for char, texture, and presentation.
- Maintenance: Maintain and clean the tandoor and grill equipment daily.
