Requirement for Pre -Primary Coordinator

• Curriculum & Academics: Planning, implementing, and evaluating early years curricula (like Cambridge, CBSE), organizing teacher training, and monitoring student progress.
• Teacher Support: Supervising pre-primary teachers, conducting classroom observations, providing feedback, and leading professional development.
• Environment: Fostering a positive, nurturing, and safe learning atmosphere for young children.
• Parent & Management Liaison: Communicating with parents and school leadership, managing operations, and ensuring overall child development and safety Qualifications:
• Background in Early Childhood Education (ECE), B.Ed., or Montessori certification.
• Significant experience (e.g., 4-6 years) in pre-primary teaching, with some leadership experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and child development skills.
