  About the Role

  Cogniter Technologies is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Lead (Social Media & PPC) to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, social media marketing, and PPC campaign management, along with proven project management skills. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to achieve measurable growth and support business objectives.

  Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.

  • Build and manage a strong presence across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and manage on-page/off-page SEO activities.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools.

  • Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to achieve marketing goals.

  • Lead marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business strategies.

  Requirements

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other marketing platforms.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver data-driven results.
