Manager- RERA(exp-8 to 15 yrs preferred)A RERA Relationship Manager is a leadership role focused on managing real estate transactions and client relationships in compliance with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) and Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio, ensuring compliance, managing property transactions, building client and stakeholder relationships, and generating reports. This role requires strong knowledge of RERA/DLD platforms, market trends, and sales strategies, as well as excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Key responsibilities

· Relationship management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, and owners associations.

· RERA/DLD compliance:

Ensure all property transactions, sales, and documentation adhere to RERA regulations and internal policies.

· Transaction management:

Oversee and manage the lifecycle of real estate transactions, including off-plan sales and contract processing.

· Document and data management:

Manage, track, and maintain all documents related to RERA, DLD, and other government relations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

· Strategic planning:

Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance client satisfaction, and identify new business opportunities.

· Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on performance, market trends, and sales to senior management and stakeholders.

· Stakeholder coordination:

Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) and external stakeholders (DLD, DEWA, RTA, agencies, vendors) to ensure seamless operations.

· Market analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client preferences to inform strategy and provide tailored advice.

· Client support:

Handle client inquiries, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Required skills and qualifications

· Proven experience in real estate sales and management in the UAE market, with a strong emphasis on RERA regulations.

· In-depth knowledge of RERA and DLD platforms (e.g., Oqood, TAS) and procedures.

· Proficiency in document management and contract administration.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to perform market analysis and develop strategic plans.

· Strong leadership and team-management abilities.

· Fluency in English and Arabic is often a strong asset, especially for document translation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
