Research Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making. You will generate insights, build reports, and make recommendations that drive innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth literature reviews and synthesize academic publications
• Design, execute, and manage research studies and experiments
• Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using advanced statistical techniques
• Draft research papers, policy briefs, grant proposals, and presentations
• Prepare datasets for publication and ensure adherence to data governance and ethical research standards
• Stay updated on advancements in relevant research fields

Qualification:

• Engineering, Arts and science (Experienced Candidates)
• Demonstrated research experience with peer-reviewed publications or academic conference presentations
• Strong analytical skills with experience using statistical tools (e.g., R, STATA, SPSS, Python, )
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with academic publishing standards, grant writing, and ethical research practices
