Job Title: Research Analyst
Location: WTC, Kharadi, Pune – Work from Office

Experience: 0- 6 Months Experience in B2B Lead Generation Contact Discovery role. Department: Operations – Data Validation

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Contact Discovery and audits through tele verification process.
• Ensure all leads meet the client-specified quality benchmarks and criteria.
• Cross-check contact data, company details, job titles, and intent scores.
• Perform Tele calling and generate leads and make sure it meets qualification parameters.
• Maintain error logs and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Collaborate with the research and delivery teams to improve lead accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines and industry standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers or Minimum 6 months of experience in CDQA or B2B Lead Verification roles.
• Strong knowledge of B2B campaign types.
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zones)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
