About the Role: Become the Architect of Our Data-Driven Insights
As our Research & Knowledge Analyst, you'll be the intellectual engine driving Proppr's strategic decisions. You'll immerse yourself in market trends, dissect residential and second-home data, and translate complex information into compelling, research-backed content for both our internal teams and our clientele. Your insights will directly influence investment strategies, empower smarter decision-making, and establish Proppr as a thought leader in the dynamic Indian real estate landscape.
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence & Data Mastery:Proactively gather, validate, and maintain real-time data across residential and second-home markets in Gurgaon, Goa, and emerging growth centers.
  • Continuously monitor key trends in property pricing, demand-supply dynamics, inventory levels, and evolving buyer preferences.
  • Analyze relevant macro and microeconomic indicators (e.g., interest rates, affordability indices, migration patterns) to understand their impact on homebuyers and investors.
  • Insight Generation & Strategic Support:Develop actionable insights and visually engaging reports to empower our sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Identify promising emerging micro-markets, high-potential investment zones, and key buyer segments.
  • Track and interpret policy shifts (e.g., RERA, GST, interest rate adjustments) and articulate their implications for the home buying process.
  • Provide sales and advisory teams with critical market data, pricing benchmarks, and research-backed buyer profiles to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leadership on evaluating expansion into new geographies and forging strategic partnerships with builders.
  • Content Creation & Thought Leadership:Contribute insightful analysis to Proppr's research-driven blogs, concise market snapshots, informative newsletters, and comprehensive whitepapers.
  • Support the creation of compelling investor presentations and user-friendly buyer guides with robust data and analytical frameworks.
  • Tooling & Efficiency:Leverage internal CRM and BI tools to automate and optimize data workflows for seamless access and analysis.
  • Evaluate and potentially integrate third-party platforms (e.g., CRE Matrix, Propstack, Dealroom) to enrich our market understanding and data capabilities.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in market research, business analysis, investment advisory, or real estate intelligence.
  • A strong analytical mindset coupled with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to communicate complex data effectively.
  • Comfort and agility in working with diverse data sources and extracting meaningful insights from ambiguous information.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities – you can translate complex data into clear and compelling narratives.
  • A genuine passion for the real estate industry, particularly within residential and lifestyle-focused developments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Real Estate, engineering, statistics or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
