Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: New Delhi.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a minimum of Two years of experience to join our team. The Business Analyst will provide research-driven insights and strategic advisory to senior leadership, collaborating closely with the Corporate Relations Team to inform donor engagement, service design, and organizational strategy

Location: New Delhi

Responsibilities include, but not limited to

A. Research & Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze the CSR and Philanthropic landscape of India - laws, compliance requirements, reporting standards, sectoral gaps, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks
  • Conduct in-depth research on corporates, PSUs, foundations, and private givers to score and profile donors, and evaluate potential for alignment.

B. Strategy & Advisory

  • Translate market intelligence into data-driven insights, and deliver clear and actionable recommendations that inform organizational strategy, positioning, and product/service design
  • Collaborate closely with the Corporate Relations team to segment and prioritize donors, identify funding opportunities, and support the design of engagement strategies
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of departmental SOPs, leveraging performance trends to improve operational and strategic processes

C. Performance Measurement & Evaluation

  • Analyze organizational and departmental performance, and design performance metrics, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks to track progress, measure impact, and inform strategic decision-making

D. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare comprehensive outputs, including research reports, market intelligence briefs, and donor profiles
  • Synthesize information from multiple departments, and leverage advanced Excel, data tools, and presentation skills to deliver clear, insight-driven reports for leadership and stakeholders

Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a business/data analyst (preferably in CSR, philanthropy, or related areas)
  • Proven expertise in research, data analysis, and report writing
  • Strong knowledge of advanced Excel, dashboards, and data visualization tools

Interpersonal Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of corporate philanthropy, CSR trends, and sustainability.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings.
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
