Job Description
- Analyze historical digital performance across traffic, acquisition, engagement, conversions, and revenue metrics.
- Identify trends, seasonality, and performance patterns across channels, campaigns, pages, and creatives.
- Conduct competitor and market research to understand digital activity, content direction, and positioning.
- Track content formats, platform trends, cultural moments, and engagement signals relevant to the brand.
- Document insights, gaps, and opportunity areas to support research, strategy, and content planning.
- Maintain and update the Research Template with all findings, data inputs, and observations.
- Collect, connect, and maintain access to all required data sources including website analytics, ad platforms, social insights, and sales or POS systems.
- Validate data accuracy, tracking setup, and reporting date ranges to ensure reliable analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analysis, research, digital marketing, or performance analysis.
- Strong understanding of website analytics, ad platforms, and social media insights.
- Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to extract meaningful insights.
- Experience creating structured reports, summaries, or research documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to validate data accuracy.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
