In this role, you’ll dive deep into research, ensure system configurations are accurate and optimized, and analyze financial impacts that shape key decisions.

You’ll play a critical part in identifying claim adjustments, solving operational challenges, and responding to a wide range of internal and external inquiries—helping keep our operations running smoothly and effectively.


  • Associate-level education in business, healthcare, or related field; equivalent claims/billing experience may substitute 2+ years of healthcare claims or related experience preferred
  • Experience with data analysis, SQL/reporting tools; exposure to automation or AI a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; SSMS experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and translate business needs into data-driven insights
  • Capable of extended computer work; occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs.) and some travel may be required
