About Us: We help our users reverse metabolic health disorders using a unique combination of ayurveda, clinical nutrition and psychology. We run expert led online programs to reverse disorders such as PCOS, hypothyroidism and insulin resistance (diabetes and pre-diabetes) and eliminate the need for medication for our users.

Previously: We ran a highly successful pilot for these programs for over an year, serving hundreds of paid users. Based on the learning and multiple validations in the pilot, we have developed a mobile app to help our experts and users engage with our services with higher engagement and efficiency.

Now: We are ready to launch the first version of our product. Being a health and wellness service, focused on expert led lifestyle curation, our product is deeply driven by in-product content which can inform, educate, empower and enable our users to make informed health choice on a day to day basis, based on principles of ayurveda, clinical nutrition and psychology - and help them develop positive habits. So, we are looking for wizard of words, a conversation maestro and a truth seeker, all-at-once, who will love to use the power of words, visuals and story telling, to nudge users forward in their health journey.

Role summary: As a content research and development intern, you will

(1) Develop a keen understanding of the basic principles of ayurveda, nutrition and habitual and psychological aspects, as well as their interconnections, impacting health and wellness

(2) Work with the product and marketing teams to translate this understanding into a well-knit body of content. You will help us create effective, informative, concise yet meaningful, educative yet engaging, interactive dialogues with the users, via in-product content modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and develop a solid understanding of principles in ayurveda, clinical nutrition and psychological aspects of health
• Align with product managers and advising psychologist to create a compelling in-product content strategy
• Develop the content modules as per the above strategy
• Align with marketing and product team, to shape the narrative for the service/product and the branch to propagate it via social media, partnership pitches and in-product content.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing an UG/PG degree in ayurveda, or clinical nutrition or related field
• Strong interest in and understanding of health and wellness related subject matter
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly proficient in English.

Work Expectations:

• Duration: 3-4 hours daily (flexible working hours)
• Stipend: INR 4000 per month
• Location: Remote / fully WFH
