We are looking for a research-driven content professional who thinks like a journalist, policy analyst, and storyteller—someone who can track global economic and immigration developments, research them deeply, and convert them into high-quality narratives, scripts, newsletters, and content ideas.
This is not a typical social media posting role.
This role sits at the intersection of:

- Long-form content & storytelling via Video Scripting
- Thought leadership & brand authority
- Social Media Content
Key Responsibilities
Topic Ideation & Research (Core Function)
- Continuously track global immigration policies, visa programs, work permits, study routes, PR pathways, and mobility trends across countries such as:
- Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia
- Identify high-impact topics before they become mainstream
- Convert complex immigration updates into clear story angles
- Conduct deep research using:
- Government sources
- Policy documents
- Immigration portals
- News, reports, case trends
2 Content Development & Storytelling
- Convert research into:
- YouTube video concepts & scripts
- Long-form explainer content
- Immigration stories & scenarios
- Newsletter content (internal & external)
- Blog drafts / thought leadership pieces
- Build narrative-driven scripts, not generic information dumps
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance-friendly language
3 Newsletter & Knowledge Building
- Create research-based internal newsletters summarizing:
- Weekly immigration changes
- Policy shifts
- New pathways & risks
- Help build a content knowledge repository for:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Client advisory teams
4 Collaboration & Creative Direction
- Work closely with:
- Founder
- Video editors & designers
- Social media team
- Provide content direction to designers and video editors:
- What story is being told
- What emotion / clarity is needed
- What structure the content should follow

Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written English (clarity > creativity)
- Ability to structure information logically
- Experience in content research, journalism, policy research, or long-form content
- Comfort working with government or regulatory information

- Background in:
- Journalism

- Experience writing:
- Explainers
- Research notes
- Editorial content
- Familiarity with YouTube scripts, newsletters, or podcasts
