Research and Development (R&D) Assistant

Vita Plus Pharm Inc., a health supplement manufacturer is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated R&D Assistant to support our research and product development activities. This role will assist in formulation, testing, and documentation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and internal procedures. The ideal candidate is analytical, quick to learn, and able to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in research and development of dietary supplement products, including formulation and testing support.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain R&D documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, BRC, Halal).
• Maintain laboratory organization, materials, and inventory.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Medicine, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in chemistry or physics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Familiarity with US GMP, BRC, Halal, or similar regulatory systems.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and learning ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English is preferred.

Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
