INOVAUGMET is a DPIIT-recognized, next-generation biotech startup at the forefront of regenerative medicine in medical dermatology. We are developing novel small molecules to drive tissue regeneration by leveraging stem cell biology and translational science. We are seeking a Scientist with solid hands-on experience in cellular and molecular biology to advance our discovery programs and support translational projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute experiments involving small molecule screening, 2D/3D stem cell models, and organoid systems.
• Conduct dose-response assays, viability studies, and mechanistic investigations.
• Perform and analyze molecular and cellular techniques, including:
• Stem cell culture (2D/3D/organoids)
• Flow Cytometry (FACS)
• Immunofluorescence (IF)
• qPCR, Western Blotting, ELISA
• Confocal Microscopy & image analysis (ImageJ)
• Analyze data using GraphPad Prism, R, or equivalent statistical tools.
• Document results for internal records, IP, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with senior scientists, chemists, and formulation experts on cross-functional projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s or PhD in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience in biotech, pharma, or advanced academic labs.
• Proven ability to design and troubleshoot experiments independently.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
