Role Overview:

We are seeking a Research and Strategy Analyst to join our growing team. The role involves conducting deep market and business research across all Ceiver brands from EPM technology to real estate, luxury, sustainability, and consumer markets. The ideal candidate should be curious, analytical, and capable of connecting data insights with strategic opportunities to drive growth across our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct industry research for Ceiver and all its ventures — including technology, real estate, e-waste, luxury, and workspace sectors.

Analyze data to identify market trends, competitive positioning, and emerging opportunities.

Support leadership in creating business strategies, market entry plans, and partnership roadmaps.

Prepare research reports, strategy decks, and executive presentations.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams to align insights with execution.

Track business performance metrics, industry benchmarks, and innovation trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in research, strategy, consulting, or analytics (strong freshers may also apply).

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Interest in multi-industry research — technology, sustainability, real estate, and consumer markets.
