Research Assistant - I- Phelebotomy Experience Required

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant/Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist to join our dynamic research team. Duties

• Assist with the coordination and conduct of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory guidelines such as FDA regulations and HIPAA compliance.
• Support patient recruitment, screening, and monitoring activities to ensure participant safety and data quality.
• Perform high-volume venipuncture and specimen collection with speed and accuracy
• Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling according to study protocol
• Maintain strict adherence to research compliance standards and documentation requirements
• Prepare, process, and properly store specimens for laboratory analysis
• Monitor participants for adverse reactions and respond appropriately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment
• Accurately document procedures in electronic data systems
• Assist with participant flow to maintain study efficiency and minimize wait times
• Communicate clearly with research coordinators and clinical staff
