Title: Research Associate

Location: Atlanta, GA or Washington, DC

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

• Primary requirements for position include a solid technical and quantitative background, good writing skills, computer literacy, and good research skills.
• Position works under general supervision and requires attention to detail as well as an ability to learn new things quickly.
• Advanced knowledge in technical area of expertise.
• May supervise tasks of Research Assistant/Analyst.
• Constructs analysis on a variety of issues for public and private sector clients.
• Prepares (with Senior Associate or Project Manager) work plans, analytical approaches, and schedules. Identifies and resolves conflicting problems.
• Drafts and presents analysis to managers.
• Interfaces with the client on regular basis.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements:

• 3 years of management or relevant work experience
