Research Associate

Research & Analysis

• Conduct detailed industry, market, and company-specific research
• Prepare competitive landscape, sector outlook, and benchmarking analysis
• Analyze financial statements and business models of target companies
• Track macroeconomic trends and sector developments relevant to mandates

Financial Modelling & Valuation

• Build and maintain financial models (3-statement models, projections)
• Assist in valuation exercises (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions)
• Support sensitivity, scenario, and return analysis for investors

Deal Support

• Assist in preparation of teasers, Information Memorandums (IMs), pitch decks
• Support due diligence by coordinating data, reviewing documents, and preparing summaries
• Maintain data rooms and track investor interactions
• Assist in transaction documentation and execution support

Client & Investor Support

• Prepare briefing notes, investment summaries, and presentations for clients
• Support outreach to potential investors, strategic buyers, and partners
• Maintain internal databases of investors, funds, and deal opportunities

Internal Support

• Maintain research databases and market intelligence trackers
• Assist senior team members on ad-hoc strategic and analytical assignments
