We are seeking a highly energetic and committed full-time Research Associate with an expertise in SPR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, qPCR, and cell-based assays.
Responsibilities:
- Support development of innovative biologic therapeutics for oncology and cardiovascular/metabolic disease.
- Design and perform standard biological techniques, including SPR, Western blot, ELISA, flow cytometry, qPCR, and cell-based assays, to support early antibody discovery and preclinical characterization.
- Produce biologics using lipid-based transfection, followed by purification and analysis by FPLC and HPLC to assess sample composition and quality.
- Troubleshoot issues with laboratory equipment and experimental procedures.
Qualifications
- MS in Biotechnology or related field required
- Proficiency in FlowJo, OpenLabs CDS, ImageJ, GraphPad Prism software
- Ability to work onsite at our Gaithersburg MD office
