Research Associate / Research Analyst

Job Summary

Support research initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help improve business decisions, healthcare outcomes, customer experience, or retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and conduct research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets.

Perform statistical analyses and create reports or dashboards.

Review market trends, customer behavior, or healthcare data.

Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data science, merchandising, pharmacy, marketing, or product management.

Maintain data accuracy and comply with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Experience with Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of SQL, R, Python, or SAS is often preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with survey design and statistical testing.

Project management experience.
