Research & Business Growth Assistant

CodeModernize is a US-based software development company specializing in legacy application modernization, web applications, mobile applications, and AI-powered solutions. We work with clients in the United States and help organizations modernize and improve their software systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies and potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, and other online platforms.
• Identify decision-makers and collect relevant contact information.
• Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
• Assist in preparing prospect lists for outreach campaigns.
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools to improve research productivity.
• Monitor industry trends and identify potential business opportunities.
• Support proposal preparation and client acquisition activities.
• Organize and maintain business development documentation.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Work closely with management to support company growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BBA, MBA, BSCS, BSIT, B.Com, English, Marketing, or related field).
• Strong internet research skills.
• Good written English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfortable using computers and online tools.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and business development processes.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude and growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with LinkedIn.
• Experience using ChatGPT or AI tools.
• Basic understanding of software development or technology industry.
• Previous internship or project experience is a plus.
