We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Coordinator to join a multiprofessional team undertaking a study on the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and the development of a CKD registry. This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to an innovative project with significant public health impact, working alongside clinicians, scientists, and public health professionals.
The successful applicant will have a degree in Public Health or a related discipline (a Master’s degree is desirable), with strong skills in biostatistics, data management, and research coordination. The post-holder will play a central role in data collection, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the creation of reports and publications to support the development of the CKD registry.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead data collection, entry, cleaning, and management of large health-related datasets.

Conduct statistical analysis and support interpretation of data for reports and publications.

Liaise with healthcare providers, research partners, and community stakeholders to support participant recruitment and registry engagement.

Develop and maintain research documentation, protocols, and ethical governance submissions.

Prepare interim and final project reports, presentations, and peer-reviewed manuscripts.

Support the development of interactive data dashboards and visual reports to facilitate stakeholder engagement.

Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with data protection regulations.

Provide training and supervision to junior staff or research assistants, where required.
Essential Criteria

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Data Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or related discipline.

Desirable Criteria

Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Data Science, (Bio)statistics, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant research experience.

Experience liaising with healthcare and community stakeholders.

Experience in registry development.

At least 6 months’ experience in healthcare data management.

At least 6 months’ experience analysing large health-related datasets.

Experience developing data dashboards and interactive reporting tools.

Working knowledge of R, R Shiny, or equivalent statistical/programming software.

Familiarity with Python, SQL, and Power BI.

Understanding of data protection policies, confidentiality requirements, and IT/data security.
