Research & Deal Analyst

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Deal Support

 Conduct deep research on startups, sectors, and compe tors

 Prepare structured market valida on: market size, demand, compe on, barriers, licences

 Analyse business models, unit economics, red flags, and risks

 Support due diligence prep and internal notes

2. Content & Documentation

 Dra one-pagers in Growth91 format

 Write concise, simple, high-quality summaries

 Prepare founder ques ons, pitch scripts, and internal communica on

 Assist with content like IG posts, blogs, and LinkedIn snippets

3. Operations & Execution

 Manage CRM updates, founder follow-ups, and data clean-ups

 Maintain sheets, trackers, and research logs

 Work with tools like Tracxn, Pitchbook, SimilarWeb, etc. (training provided)

4. Ownership & Delivery

 Handle tasks end-to-end

 Provide proac ve updates

 Deliver work that needs review, not rework

4. High Ownership

You don’t need micromanagement. You take responsibility.

5. Fast Learner & Tech-Comfortable

Comfortable with Sheets, Docs, CRM, and research tools.

6. Professional & Calm Personality

Clear communica on, low drama, solu on-oriented.

Preferred Background

(Not mandatory — attitude > experience)

• BBA / BCom / Economics / Finance / Engineering
• Experience in research, content wri ng, analysis, or opera ons
• Exposure to startup ecosystem is a plus

Compensation

Competative salary based on skill and performance.
Fast growth path to Analyst or Deal Lead.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
