Sethi paint is a leading paint manufacturer in Lahore, dedicated to innovation and quality. We are seeking a talented and motivated Chemist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation paint products.

Responsibilities:

Conducting research and development to create new paint formulations and coatings ( architectural & industry)

Performing quality control tests and analysis to ensure product excellence.

Utilizing laboratory skills for product innovation and improvement.

Collaborating with the production team to scale up new formulations from lab to production.

Maintaining accurate documentation and report-writing for R&D activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.

Proven experience in the paint or coatings industry, preferably in R&D or Quality Control.

Strong knowledge of paint chemistry, pigments, resins, additives, and solvents.

Proficiency with laboratory instruments such as Viscometers, Spectrophotometers, and pH meters.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Familiarity with quality management systems like ISO 9001 and regulatory standards.
