Position: Research & Development (R&D) Officer

Location: Qatar

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven R&D Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new products, improving existing products, conducting research and trials, and supporting innovation initiatives to meet market demands and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and improve existing products while creating innovative new products.

Conduct research, product trials, and laboratory testing.

Analyze test results and prepare technical reports.

Develop product formulations, specifications, and documentation.

Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams to ensure successful product development and commercialization.

Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Identify opportunities for product improvement and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and company requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Nutrition, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Research & Development, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
