Title: Research Manager

Salary: Commensurate with experience.

Job Description:

• Responsible for management and supervision of multiple research teams.
• Responsible for determining the overall approach to projects and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Creates synergies among research teams by synthesizing information from multiple projects and reallocating resources optimally.
• Delivers presentations and leads client meetings.
• Manages workstreams or series of tasks to achieve results on projects of moderate scope and complexity, including reviewing analytical plans and project activities.
• Leads research teams to accomplish the scope of work, organizing tasks, planning timetables, coordinating resources and overseeing execution of all relevant activities.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

Experience Requirements:

• 8 years of management or relevant work experience
