Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Research Pharmacist to support the Research Department at Jothydev's Diabetes Research Centre. This role is responsible for managing the pharmaceutical and clinical research aspects of studies, ensuring safe and compliant use of investigational drugs. They collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and clinical teams to ensure that all research-related medication processes meet regulatory, ethical, and scientific standards.

Job Description:-

• Manage receipt, storage, labeling, preparation, dispensing, and accountability of investigational drugs.
• Review clinical trial protocols and pharmacy manuals for safety, feasibility, and compliance.
• Ensure study drug inventories are accurate and regularly audited.
• Maintain complete and compliant documentation in accordance with FDA, GCP, IRB, and sponsor guidelines.
• Collaborate with investigators, coordinators, nurses, and study sponsors during all trial phases.
• Educate and train pharmacy staff and research personnel on investigational drug procedures.
• Report, document, and assist in management of adverse drug events and protocol deviations.
• Support quality assurance initiatives and participate in regulatory audits.
