About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Research Publication Writer to produce high-quality academic and professional manuscripts for journals, conferences, and other scholarly platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of published work, a deep understanding of research methodologies, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough literature reviews and synthesize existing research.
• Write, edit, and format manuscripts for submission to peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
• Collaborate with researchers, subject matter experts, and editors to refine content.
• Ensure all publications meet academic standards, journal guidelines, and ethical practices.
• Incorporate proper citation and referencing (APA, MLA, Chicago, or journal-specific styles).
• Stay updated with trends in research publishing, plagiarism policies, and indexing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or higher) in [relevant field such as Science, Social Sciences, Finance, Engineering, etc.].
• 2–4+ years of proven experience in academic or research publication writing.
• Familiarity with academic databases, peer-review processes, and impact factor journals.
• Strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written English, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
• Knowledge of plagiarism-checking tools and ethical writing standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience working with Scopus- or Web of Science-indexed journals.
• Ability to mentor junior writers or researchers on publication processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
