Research Scientist

We have an immediate requirement of Research Scientist at Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

Requirements:

Qualification:
PhD in Physics / Material Science / Chemistry / Electrical/ Electronics or
M.Sc Physics / Material Science / Chemistry with min 3 years of experience or
B. Tech / B.E Material Science / Electrical/ Electronics with min 3 years of experience.

Experience: Min 1 to 5 years.

Gender : Both Male and Female.

Immediate joiners are preferred .

Job Description:

• Synthesis and characterization of inorganic single crystals.
• Synthesis and characterization of Luminescent Materials
• Fabrication and characterization of Semiconductor Devices
• Hands-on experience with XRD, SEM, UV–Vis, PL, I–V, C–V, etc.
• Data analysis, report preparation & collaboration in R&D projects

Candidates must have at least one research paper published in a Peer-Reviewed International Journal in one or more in Single Crystal Processing through Melt Growth Method , Ceramic / Luminescent Ceramic / Transparent Ceramic Materials
,Semiconductor Devices and their associated electronics.
