Research Scientist– Biocatalysis, Protein purification & Downstream

Qualification :

M.Sc./ M.Tech. / Ph.D. (Ph.D. is preferred for SRS) in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical/Bioprocess Engineering with excellent academic credentials, and peer-reviewed papers/ patents

Experience:

• RS: 3–5 yrs. (M.Sc.) or fresh Ph.D.
• SRS: 5–8 yrs. (M.Sc.) or 2–4 yrs. (Ph.D.)
• Biocatalysis: Enzyme selection/screening, cofactor recycling, immobilization basics, solvent/aqueous systems, pH/DO/mass transfer control, scale‑up, green metrics
• Purification/ Downstream (from industry): Clarification, precipitation, AKTA/FPLC, chromatography (Affinity/IEX/HIC/SEC), UF/DF/TFF, solvent exchange, crystallization/lyophilization.
• Analytics/Tools: HPLC/UPLC, GC, LC‑MS, SDS‑PAGE, chiral analytics, DoE (JMP/Minitab), ELN/LIMS, strong Excel/data handling.
