Job Requirements
- Conduct research on biomaterials targeted for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications and generate protocols for the same
- Perform extensive physical, biological & chemical characterization for biopolymeric products. Innovate, conceptualize, plan, execute, analyse data and troubleshoot experiments
- Active participation in interdisciplinary research with colleagues and collaborators. Project or team management experience will be considered as a plus.
- Strong evidence of writing scientific documents like manuscript, patent, grant proposals, etc in the relevant research field and presentations in public platforms.Expertise in more than one polymeric scaffold fabrication techniques, including (but not limiting) in-situ crosslinking and 3D bioprinting, preferably for generating complex structures.

Expertise in peptide design, polymer synthesis and modification, physico-chemical characterization techniques for polymeric biomaterials. Firsthand extensive experience in techniques like HPLC, NMR, MS for relevant study samples, will be considered a plus.
- PhD in polymer chemistry, material science, biotechnology, polymer science, life science or related field with relevant industry or post-doctoral research experience a minimum of 3 years for RS.
- Prior to PhD, a technical graduation and post-graduation degree in chemical engineering, polymer chemistry, biotechnology, or related fields.
