Research Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic and proactive Remote Research Specialist to join our team. In this role your primary responsibility will be to call various US real estate companies to collect information on the pricing and availability at their properties. This is a part-time remote position.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Place outbound voice calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm;
• Achieve and exceed performance targets with our team;
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources;
• Input new data into our database.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Fluent English;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Excellent convincing skills. Highly analytical and creative;
• Skills in primary research, interviewing and data gathering;
• Strong phone presence and capable of doing multiple calls per day;
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
