## Job Overview
We are seeking fulltime Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, fact finding, investigation, and customer support related to the legal industry. It really helps to be comfortable doing research on the phone.

## Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data collection via internet, phone, OSINT and databases
- Sharing information on Slack and email

## Qualifications
- Detail and investigation minded types who know how to verify information and check it thoroughly
- Experience with customer service and are comfortable on the phone. Call center experience can be useful.
- Can work with a team and take direction
- Experience with insurance industry of any kind is helpful, as is understanding insurance terms.

- Experience with Private Investigator tools is helpful.
