Research Writer & Publisher

Encoders is looking for an experienced Research Publisher who can join our dynamic Team. This is an on-site FULL TIME position and ideal for candidates with a strong track record of successfully publishing research papers in Scopus, WOS, ISI, SSCI, SCI, or SCIE-indexed journals. The ideal candidate should possess leadership qualities and hands-on experience in managing the entire publication process.

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the entire research publication process including writing, preparing manuscripts, selecting journals, submitting papers, managing revisions, and ensuring successful indexing.
• Make sure all publications follow journal guidelines and meet high ethical and academic standards.
• Liaise with editorial boards, reviewers, and journals for smooth publication workflows.
• Work closely with the sales and academic writing teams to fully meet client requirements. Also make sure to provide guidance and regular training to junior team members.
• Maintain transparent publication practices and ensure results are delivered on time.

Give weekly departmental progress and updates to the CEO.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in publishing research articles in indexed journals (Scopus, ISI, WOS, SSCI, SCI, SCIE).
• Strong understanding of research ethics, formatting guidelines, and publication standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
