Researcher – Migration Feild

We are seeking a motivated Researcher to join our team. The role requires strong research and analytical skills, along with a passion for labour rights, migration policy, and social impact. The successful candidate will contribute to research projects, training materials, and publications that support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on migration, labour laws, and related socio-economic issues.
• Prepare reports, policy briefs, and case studies for internal use and publication.
• Assist in developing training materials and awareness programs for migrant workers.
• Contribute to conferences, workshops, and events on migration and labour studies.
• Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and academic institutions on joint initiatives.
• Maintain updated knowledge of UAE laws, policies, and regional/global migration trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Migration Studies, Law, Public Policy, or related field (Data flow report might be required).
• Proven experience in research (academic or applied), with published work or research project involvement preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to design surveys, conduct interviews, and analyze data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Interest in migration, labour rights, and policy development.
