Position: Receptionist – Night Shift (23:00 – 07:00)
Location: Dem Premium Hotel – Istanbul International Airport, Arnavutköy / Istanbul

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a night shift receptionist to join our front office team. The ideal candidate will be the face of our hotel during the night, providing professional and welcoming service to all guests. Russian-speaking candidates are preferred to better assist our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in late-arriving guests during the night shift
• Handle check-out processes and process payments efficiently
• Manage reservations and assign rooms appropriately
• Respond to guest inquiries and service requests promptly and politely
• Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking guests to provide personalized service
• Prepare and submit end-of-shift reports
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations overnight

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferably in hospitality)
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
• Ability to remain alert and organized during overnight shifts
• Familiarity with hotel software systems is a plus
• Open to both male and female candidates

Additional Considerations:

• Applicants with a valid Turkish residency permit for at least 3 years are eligible for a work permit.
