About Us:

We are a leading Holiday Homes company offering premium short-term rental properties across Dubai. Our mission is to provide exceptional guest experiences with the comfort and luxury of home combined with the standards of a hotel.

We are seeking a Reservation Agent with a background in holiday homes or hotel operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, ensure smooth guest communication, and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Manage booking calendars and ensure accurate property availability.
  • Coordinate check-in/check-out schedules with operations team.
  • Upsell additional services to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain high standards of guest communication and satisfaction.
  • Resolve booking issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare daily reports on reservations and occupancy.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in holiday homes reservations or hotel front office (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
