Reservation Agent (with UAE experience)

You will be in direct contact with our clients to assist them in booking tours, transfers, and entertainments. Following will the duties and responsibilities.

• Taking care of all client bookings
• Reservations:

o Booking
o Booking Modification
o Booking Cancellation
o Supplier follow up to confirm the bookings, amendment and cancellation

• Payments:

o Follow-up with client for payments
o Send payment links and monitor payments
o Update payments in system by providing payment details to accounts

• Customer Support:

o Provide necessary information’s to the customer to book tours
o After sales support by providing exact tour timings, driver details etc
o Send vouchers or tickets to customer if its required
NOTE: Additional Tasks to be added based on business requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

• UAE Tourism: 1 year (Preferred)
