Reservation Executive

We are looking for a Reservation Executive with experience using IDS in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage room bookings, guest inquiries, and system entries efficiently. Familiarity with IDS Next or similar hotel property management systems is required. Candidates should be customer-focused, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms efficiently and professionally
• Accurately input reservations, changes, and cancellations into the IDS system
• Provide guests with detailed information about room rates, availability, and hotel services
• Work collaboratively with the front desk, sales, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain high level of accuracy in managing bookings and guest records
• Promote special packages, room upgrades, and loyalty programs
• Manage group bookings and liaise with corporate accounts when required
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all hotel policies, room categories, rates, and promotions

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Reservation Executive or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
• Hands-on experience with IDS Next or other hotel reservation/PMS systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.)
• Experience handling group reservations and corporate bookings
