Reservation Manager / Revenue Manager (Holiday Homes)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation Manager / Revenue Manager to oversee our bookings, manage pricing strategies, and ensure optimal occupancy rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in holiday home operations and be highly proficient with platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other OTAs and listing portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all reservations and booking inquiries across multiple platforms
• Optimize pricing and availability using dynamic pricing tools and market trends
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for smooth guest check-ins and check-outs
• Monitor and adjust listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Dubizzle, etc., ensuring accuracy and high visibility
• Track and analyze booking performance, occupancy rates, and revenue reports
• Respond promptly to guest queries, reviews, and complaints to ensure 5-star ratings
• Liaise with property owners to provide updates and performance reports
• Develop strategies to increase direct bookings and reduce cancellations
• Ensure compliance with local tourism and short-term rental regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 01 years of experience in the holiday home or short-term rental industry
• Strong knowledge of online platforms: Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Dubizzle, and others
• Experience with channel managers, PMS systems, and dynamic pricing tools
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
