We are looking for an experienced Reservation Manager to handle all reservation operations for our Holiday Homes business. The ideal candidate must be highly responsive, organized, and fully knowledgeable in reservation systems and pricing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all reservations through platforms including Hostaway, OTAs, social media, and company websites.
- Respond to guest messages immediately (within the same minute) across all channels.
- Ensure 100% availability to manage bookings and guest inquiries.
- Set up, update, and adjust pricing, availability, and promotions daily.
- Maintain accurate listings, calendars, and booking information across all platforms.
- Handle all social media messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams for check-in/check-out schedules.
- Resolve guest concerns and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare reservation reports and monitor performance.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of proven experience in Reservation Management, preferably in Holiday Homes / Hospitality.
- Strong experience using Hostaway or similar channel manager systems.
- Excellent communication skills with fast response ability.
- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and social media handling.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage urgent situations.
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, and occupancy optimization.
- Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
